All blinds offered by Essentialblinds.co.nz are custom made to your especifications and cannot be returned. 

Products that are ready-made (set sizes) can be returned for store credit and a reestock fee of $15.00 per product returned. All items must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged otherwise the items(s) will not be accepted for refund and we will automatically return them to you, at your own cost.
